Eiler Appoints Linda Aubuchon Vice President of Client Services

Eiler Communications welcomes Linda Aubuchon as vice president of client services. Linda’s primary responsibilities include business development, high-level strategic planning and implementation.

Prior to her role at Eiler, Linda managed public relations for RepairClinic.com and directed communications for five General Motors stamping plants. She previously worked in community affairs and employee communications for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, was a communications specialist at EDS in Flint and successfully ran the Canton Diet Center as an entrepreneur. Linda has a B.A. in communication with an emphasis in public relations from Michigan State University. She also has an M.A. in organizational communication and public relations from Wayne State University.

The Linux Box Corporation (Linux Box) is an ISO 9001:2000 certified, privately-held project management and consulting practice specializing in open source technology and the Linux platform. Since 1999, Linux Box has provided high-quality, customized open source software design, development, knowledge transfer and support services to customers spanning numerous vertical markets. Linux Box also commits 20 percent of its budget to research and development aimed at providing free software to the open source community. Eiler primarily provides Linux Box with media relations strategy and services.

The panel takes place at Wayne State University and includes Google AdWords strategist Matthew Neagle, Linda Girard, co-founder and CEO of Pure Visibility and Apurvi Desai, marketing and public relations manager of Asterand.
